White Bean and Onion Salad
(You will need: one can of cannelloni beans, 3/4 white onion, parsley, 2 garlic gloves, rosemary, pepper, salt, extra virgin olive oil)
1) Chop onion into diced size pieces
2) Drain cannelloni beans
3) Head medium pot with 2 tablespoons of olive oil
4) When oil is heated add onion
5) Cook until translucent and fragrant
6) Add beans to pan
7) Stir frequently and add in garlic, rosemary, parsley, salt and pepper
8) Cook for another 8-10 minutes
9) Put in bowl and enjoy!
