Matzah Balls
My #glutenfree matzo ball recipe requires:
1 cup matzo meal (I use GF matzo meal by yehuda), 4 eggs, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, 4 tablespoons oil and 4 tablespoons seltzer water.
Directions:
In a bowl combine all ingredients together and stir.
Put mixture in fridge for 1 hour so it can set.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
With wet hands ball the matzo mixture and drop each ball into the boiling water. Then change heat to simmer and let cook for 40 minutes.
Take each ball out individually with strainer spatula, place in soup & enjoy! 🥣
