THE CRUNCHY SALMON RECIPE YOU NEVER KNEW YOU NEEDED 🤤 Finally sharing my fish recipe (yes you can use this recipe for ANY fish) that I have worked so hard to perfect for weeks! Hope you love it 😍
Ingredients:
1 cup GF breadcrumbs (panko + regular if you have!)
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 cup fresh thyme
1/2 cup potato vodka
1 lemon sliced
1/2 cup olive oil
2 sheets tinfoil
Salt + pepper
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Tinfoil a baking pan and make sure to cover sides of the pan as well. Pour a teaspoon of olive oil on the bottom then add in the salmon and coat it on all sides
3. Drizzle vodka on salmon and sprinkle salt and pepper
4. In a separate bowl add in breadcrumbs, garlic + parsley, and mix all together. Then use a spoon to coat the salmon with the breadcrumb mixture- *TIP* use back of the spoon to kind of slap the fish and make sure the breadcrumb mixture is really seeped in.
5. Place the sliced lemon on top of salmon and fresh thyme on top of that.
6. Use the 2nd piece of tinfoil to cover the entire pan and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Take salmon out and turn oven to broil. Take off the top piece of tinfoil and broil the salmon another 3-5 minutes for that crispy crunchy PERFECTLY flavored sear.
