Crispy Tofu Two Ways
INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
Sesame oil
Honey.
Paprika.
Sesame seeds.
Salt.
1 garlic clove
Extra firm tofu
DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2️⃣Use paper towels to soak up moisture from tofu. The less water remains inside the tofu the crispier it will be.
3️⃣Slice tofu into square cube pieces as evenly as possible.
Seasoning 1:
-In one bowl whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, honey, sesame seeds, salt.
Seasoning 2:
-In another bowl whisk together olive oil, sesame oil, paprika, salt & garlic.
4️⃣Marinate half the tofu in each bowl and make sure it’s coated evenly.
5️⃣On two separate baking pans spread each marinaded tofu combo and spread evenly on the pans.
6️⃣Place in oven for 30 minutes, flipping tofu over at 15 minute mark.
7️⃣Take out, let cool for 2 minutes, plate and enjoy your tofu 🏼 ways!
